Easy Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply let us know.

  • Whether your product is unopened or even lightly used, we will gladly process a refund if you are not satisfied.

  • You can return your product using a trackable shipping method. Just share the tracking number with us once you've shipped it.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at imlushcare@gmail.com with proof of damage (e.g., photos) and we’ll sort it out right away.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
