1. Shipping Times & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days depending on your location.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is offered for orders over $50.

  • For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.95 will be applied.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship worldwide from our facilities in Hong Kong.

  • All shipping is tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or delayed during transit, please contact us at imlushcare@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Customs & Import Duties

  • Any customs or import duties that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

  • IM LUSH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
